On 24th August at 6 pm., another concert of the Music Enchanted in Wood cycle will take place in St. Roch's Church in Nowy Sącz. This time the visitors will listen to Octava ensemble. It is a vocal octet acknowledged by critics as one of the most interesting vocal groups of the young generation. The speciality of Octava ensemble is 16th and 17th century music, although the artists also dabble in avant-garde co-productions with the participation of Krzysztof Penderecki. Each of their performances is well-received, which pleases the group's artistic director, Zygmunt Magiera. The concert is part of the cycle organised by Małopolska province and the Małopolska Tourist Organisation. Two weeks ago Susanna Jara-Małecka performed in Binarowa within the same cycle.
